Description of problem:
In New Virtual Machine dialog go to "System", there is a vertical scroll-bar which has no purpose. It should be removed.

Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Manager Version: 3.4.0-0.21.el6ev 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on Edit/New Virtual Machines the pop-up windows will open.
2. Click on "Show Advanced Options"
3. Click on "System"

Actual results:
In New "Virtual Machine > System" dialog, there is a horizontal scroll-bar which has no purpose. 

Expected results:
It should be removed
