Description of problem:
On Centos6 the ha service detection doesn't work and the setup exits with error message: "Hosted Engine HA services are already running on ..."

latest git with 29ddea9c30febf69ce9ba8dbc1a286492775347e patch

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. build the latest git (as of 2014-06-09)
2. run hosted-engine --deploy

Actual results:
It fails with the error msg: "Hosted Engine HA services are already running on .."

Expected results:
No error
