There appears to be a couple of unused function that fedora 21 warns as being unused and then it treats those as errors.  A patch has been created and submitted upstream.

Patches are included in oprofile-0.9.9-5.54.gb7e9a57.fc21.src.rpm so that oprofile builds on fc21.
