Patch for rawhide

Cause was obsolete BR: bamf3-devel; since bamf-0.5, there is only the gtk3 version, although IMHO there should have been obsoletes/provides for the bamf3 subpackages.  In any case, the workaround in plank applies here too, except that a BR on libwnck-3 was also missing.  Patch for rawhide attached.
