Ceilometer stable/icehouse: https://review.openstack.org/98898 Note that no change to ceilometer master is needed since it has already been migrated to oslo.messaging. Fix landed on stable/icehouse upstream: https://github.com/openstack/ceilometer/commit/096106f7 Backport of fix landed on upstream stable/icehouse to internal repo is in progress, delayed slightly by the lack of prior rhos/rhos-5.0-patches branch setup. Internal backport proposed: https://code.engineering.redhat.com/gerrit/26693 Note: this issue is fixed, please see bug 1106854 comment 12 for details. This issue is fixed. RHEL-OSP5 instances may be created without any issues when using qpid as a amqp backend. Packages available in latest puddle (2014-06-20.1). packages under test: openstack-ceilometer-2014.1-2.3.el7ost -> VERIFIED Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
