Backport of fix landed on upstream stable/icehouse to internal repo is in progress, delayed slightly by the lack of prior rhos/rhos-5.0-patches branch setup.

This issue is fixed. RHEL-OSP5 instances may be created without any issues when using qpid as a amqp backend. Packages available in latest puddle (2014-06-20.1).
