This one's my fault: pg_filedump needs an update for PG 9.3, and I've not pushed a new upstream version containing those fixes.
I've now pushed up a new pg_filedump tarball at pgfoundry.org, please update the rhdb-utils package in F20 and later. Note: pgfoundry is more or less at EOL. I've moved the source repository to git.postgresql.org, and will be figuring out someplace else to host the downloads. But that's just FYI at this point.
Thanks for the release, Tom. Updated.
