This version of scala is incompatible with JDK 1.8.  2.11.1 has *some* 1.8 support, with full support scheduled for 2.12[1].

Besides that, the BRs need s/junit4/junit/ as announced[2].

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 22 development cycle.
Changing version to '22'.
