As mentioned in comment 4, OOM error occurs on arm. Temporarily excluding ARM architecture from build until issue can be identified and resolved.

Thanks for the comment. I had some issues getting that tag recognized. Peter Robinson helped me with that and I'll be using it if the same situation arises in the future.
