v3.8.8-1 on devel server.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Enter a run detail page.
https://tcms-devel.app.eng.nay.redhat.com/run/72353/ 
2.Add a jira issue to a caserun.
3.Refresh the run detail page, expand the caserun detail, click remove icon to remove this jira issue.

Actual results:
After clicking remove icon in caserun detail, system has no reaction.

Expected results:
After clicking remove icon in caserun detail, system popup remove confirm dialog.
