This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

DEVELOPER VERIFIED: I found a host and a hostgroup that had an inherited puppetclass and checked it can be seen in the api.
note that inherited puppetclasses appear under: 'all_puppetclasses' and not 'puppetclasses' like the puppetclasses from 'host_classes'
