Engine.log and print screen of new netwrok created without vnic profile

Description of problem:
When adding new network, it's created without it's Vnic profile. so when you trying to add this logical network you created, to VM nic's, you don't see the network.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
 oVirt Engine Version: 3.5.0-0.0.master.20140605145557.git3ddd2de.el6

How reproducible:
Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add new network "net1" vlan tagged
2. Add new network "net2" vlan tagged
3. Check on Vnic profile sub tub if vnic profile created along with the networks you added.

Actual results:
no vnic profile created to "net1" "net2"

Expected results:
Vnic profile created along with adding new networks.

Additional info:
engine.log attached-look for "net1" "net2" , can't see the "AddVnicProfileCommand internal"

Please provide steps how to reliably reproduce the bug - I haven't been able to and the code looks fine. It might be dependent on some prior action you're performing. Until this information is provided, there's nothing I can do to fix this.
