This bug is created as a clone of upstream ticket:
https://fedorahosted.org/freeipa/ticket/2937

The XML-RPC system methods are not properly implemented in our listener.

We only actually implemented listMethods but even that isn't working.

For compliance purposes these should at least not return a CommandError.

This request is already fixed in upstream FreeIPA project. Please refer to the linked ticket for additional details and related commits.

To reproduce, call XML-RPC system.listMethods call on the FreeIPA server. I attached convenience Python script to get these methods:

# ./bz1108235-list-system-methods.py `hostname`
FreeIPA commands:

adtrust_is_enabled
automember_add
automember_add_condition
automember_default_group_remove
