django_evolution 0.7.x conflicts with Review Board in Fedora 19 and 20

Description of problem:
django_evolution is a package to support upgrades between Review Board versions.
Review Board 1.7.x is only compatible with django_evolution 0.6.x, but I accidentally pushed django_evolution 0.7.1 to stable in Fedora 19 and 20.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Attempt to install Review Board
Package conflicts prevent installation
The correct version should be pulled in.
Solving this problem will likely require a downgrade with epoch bump.
python-django-evolution-0.6.9-4.fc20 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 20.
python-django-evolution-0.6.9-4.fc19 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 19.
Package python-django-evolution-0.6.9-4.fc19, ReviewBoard-1.7.26-2.fc19:

* was pushed to the Fedora 19 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing python-django-evolution-0.6.9-4.fc19 ReviewBoard-1.7.26-2.fc19'
