Description of problem: During the Flavor Creation process, once you get to the Flavor Acess tab, you're shown two panels, All Projects and Selected Projects. The All Projects filter field box is enabled, and you can type in it. The Selected Projects filter field box is disabled, I'm assuming because there are no projects selected by default, but the only way you know this is when you hover over it, and the cursor changes to a disabled/cancel cursor. It would be nice if there was a visual distinction between the two states, so you could know at a glance that one was disabled and the other wasn't. They have sort of a gray, disabled look to them even when enabled.
How to test: ------------ 1. Log in as admin 2. Go to the Admin -> System -> Flavors panel 3. Click on "Create flavor" and go to the "Flavor access" tab 4. The Filter box for "Selected projects" on the right handside is clearly greyed out and disabled while no projects are selected
