This is fixed in 

af0d2f8 btrfs-progs: fix mkfs.btrfs segfault with --features option

which is in btrfs-progs-3.14.2, which is in f20 testing... now.

I guess I built it but forgot to push it.  :(

* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:

as soon as you are able to.
