Please provide a version of this package for RHEL6 and 7 via the EPEL repository.

In general I have no interest in EPEL, so I won't resolve this request. Anyone else is free to package it.

maven-doxia is already available in RHEL 7, so it cannot be packaged for EPEL 7.  For RHEL 6 maven packages are available at [1].

There have been several requests to package Maven for EPEL 6, but this is a time consuming tasks which noone is willing to take. For more information see [2].
