Description of problem:
'Import VM' dialog has turning circle for some minutes.... turns, turns, nothing happens.

There's following line in engine.log:

2014-06-18 15:16:51,279 WARN  [org.ovirt.engine.core.bll.ImportVmCommand] (ajp--127.0.0.1-8702-2) [51b43f8b] CanDoAction of action ImportVm failed. Reasons:VAR__ACTION__IMPORT,VAR__TYPE__VM,ACTION_TYPE_FAILED_INVALID_TIMEZONE
