I wasn't able to reproduce. Is this still happening? Can you add details about the environment?

Tested this with 6.1 again. I added a user and then deleted it, when hovering over delete I see a hand.
Ack, tested in dowsnstream.
Now, delete button is shown. Verified in Satellite 6.2.0-beta-snap4.
