[RFE][quick search]When execute quick search for test plan, system does not remember keywords in plan name field in search result page.

Description of problem:
as subject.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
v3.8.8-1 on qa server.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Enter tcms home page.
2.At the right top of page, choose search type is 'Test Plan', input keyword like 'qiyang', then click go btn.
3.Check system whether display keywords in 'plan name' field in search result page.  

Actual results:
system does not display keywords 'qiyang' in plan name field.

Expected results:
system display keywords 'qiyang' in plan name field. So that user can change keywords to do another search conveniently.
