Is that a dupe of Bug 1105890? Can you try to disable gstreamer?
without gstreamer-vaapi it works fine. with gstreamer-vaapi it also works fine for SD videos (the vaapi gets initilized, not sure if it is used for SD playback then). finally, HD and SD hw accelerated video playback works fine if the videos are played locally using Totem.

fixed in gstreamer-vaapi 0.5.9. Should it be packaged for fc20?
