Doc Text:	If you tried to create a new connection profile using guides, nothing would happen unless you an opened project. This was because guides were enabled when there was no workspace opened. This has now been corrected so that the connection profile is created as expected.	Story Points:	---

I tried to create new connection profile to SOAP Web Service using Guides without project in workspace and it doesn't work. Nothing happens after I double-click the menu option. 
I discovered that in order to complete the action using Guides, you need to have some project in workspace and it also needs to be opened, it doesn't work with closed one.
It actually doesn't work with any other connection (Flat File, JBDC, XML...) using Guides

This issue isn't that you have to have a workspace open, it's that the guides are enabled when there is no workspace opened.    Because the workspace is required to be open in order to do any Teiid Designer modeling related activity.
