Description of problem:
vertical scroll is added when hover on task footer pane

How reproducible:
100% (in my screen setting)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open task footer pane
2. hover with mouse on pane

Actual results:
vertical scroll is added to entire page.

Expected results:
no vertical scroll is added to entire page.

Additional info:
also the tooltips get stuck

Gilad - screen-shot?

the vertical scroll may be related to the tool-tip (if tool-tip exceeds screen dimensions, a scroll-bar is added to accommodate that). also if tooltips get stuck - might be resolved once we move to the patternfly tool-tips which Greg is currently working on.

Fixed -- tooltip should only show there if the text is too long to fit in the column. PatternFly tooltips don't get stuck open.

oVirt 3.6.0 has been released on November 4th, 2015 and should fix this issue.
If problems still persist, please open a new BZ and reference this one.
