Even if this bug were to include the upstream fixes applied to fix PKI TRAC Ticket #898 - Giant /var/log/pki-ca/debug', it would still need to change the CA 'CS.cfg' parameter 'debug.level=0' (log everything) to 'debug.level=10' (log information only) since unlike Fedora which is commonly used by developers for debugging purposes, RHEL is generally used for more stable deployments.
