Description of problem:
as summary.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
v3.8.9-1 on test server.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Write and read are separated to different db.
2.Enter a case detail page, then go to bugs tab.

3.Remove a bug.

Actual results:
system go to error page.

Expected results:
system can remove the bug.

The above issue also happened when remove bug from caserun in run detail page.

verify that on test server:
the bug won't be removed from the Bugs list without wrong after cutting off the connection between these two db servers.
