It's a little more complicated, we need to make it clear that the foreman host has to be running EL7 and can *deploy* both EL6 and EL7. If you skip foreman deployment there wont be much left to do for the rest of this part... Good point, I agree. In my opinion, something should be added here to clarify this section though.
