Description of problem:
In subscription-manager-gui register page the "i" icon next to the "I will use Activation Key" is not working

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open subscription-manager-gui
2.open register page
3.put the mouse cursor at the "i" icon witch next to the "I will use Activation Key"

Actual results:
Nothing happens, see the attachment "bugshot2"

Expected results:
There should be a explain about the "I will use Activeation Key".
like the other "i" icon do, see the attachemnt "bugshot1"

This is a known issue, introduced when backporting subscription-manager to rhel 5.11.

I think this issue worth to fix, in RHEL7.x and RHEL6.x the "i" icon works fine, I don't know why we leave this unfixed?

It's most likely a gtk bug/change, the same code works great on other OSs.  I'd prefer not to mess with any code in that area, it's not worth the risk breaking other stuff this late in the cycle.
