Description of problem: A number of packages built with openmpi support install pkg-config files in $MPI_LIB/pkgconfig. It would be great if the openmpi module file would set PKG_CONFIG_PATH, so that those .pc file are found by pkg-config. According to the pkg-config manpage, paths in PKG_CONFIG_PATH are searched before the default path, which would result in the expected behaviour. Also, the openmpi package should create and own $MPI_LIB/pkgconfig, which is otherwise unowned. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): openmpi-1.8.1-2.fc21.x86_64
