This can impact people not running the livecd.

Comment 2 Alexander Chuzhoy 2014-06-26 16:42:51 UTC
Environment:
ruby193-rubygem-staypuft-0.1.4-1.el6ost.noarch
rhel-osp-installer-0.0.25-2.el6ost.noarch

Running rhel-osp-installer resulted in the following errors:

Could not start Service[foreman-tasks]: Execution of '/sbin/service foreman-tasks start' returned 10:

Something went wrong! Check the log for ERROR-level output
The full log is at /var/log/foreman-installer/foreman-installer.log

Furthermore:
Attempted to start the foreman-tasks service manually (service foreman-tasks start) - it took too long:
real 5m2.547s
user 0m2.002s
sys 0m0.325s

Comment 3 Omri Hochman 2014-06-26 16:47:01 UTC
After starting the foreman-tasks service manually (takes 5 minutes..) and rerun rhel-osp-installer

I'm getting the next error :
-------------------------------- /Stage[main]/Foreman_proxy::Register/Foreman_smartproxy[staypuft.lab.eng.rdu2.redhat.com]: Could not evaluate: 500 Internal Server Error .

Comment 11 Alexander Chuzhoy 2014-08-06 16:45:44 UTC
Verified: rhel-osp-installer-0.1.6-5.el6ost.noarch

Running rhel-osp-installer results in successful installation.
