Description of problem:
recently upgrade to fedora20. was able to log in once or twice without any issue
One of my 3 users cannot login Fedora 20, Gnome 3.10.2.1. 

gets each try an error message  'Oh no. Something has gone wrong' without any further indication. 2 Other users can log.
How can I troubleshoot ?

Steps to Reproduce:
1. log as specific user
2. login not allowed
3. login as a different user
