Apparently libgit2 has been updated without pygit2 leaving this last one broken in epel6

Apparently, I built the package locally so it's my problem, but there is an EL6 branch that was apparently never built...

The el6 branch was only recently added, with myself as owner. I will handle building pygit2 in the next day or two.
