Hi, I updated gromacs.spec to 5.0.4 and did brief testing using Justin Lemkul's first tutorial [1], it seems to work fine. Files are here: * SRPM: http://vedranmileti.ch/fedora/gromacs-5.0.4-1.fc22.src.rpm * spec: http://vedranmileti.ch/fedora/gromacs.spec It would be great if this could get included in F22, perhaps even F21. I would love to help maintaining gromacs package if the maintainer and Fedora Project are willing to accept my help. I'm working on this, thanks for your interest. A co-maintainer would definitely be welcome. Do I understand correctly that you're not a Fedora packager yet?
5.0.4 build committed to rawhide branch, but the built-in testsuite is failing on i686. Bug reported upstream: http://redmine.gromacs.org/issues/1716 .
