Comment 9 Vedran Miletić 2015-04-03 14:46:53 UTC
Hi,

I updated gromacs.spec to 5.0.4 and did brief testing using Justin Lemkul's first tutorial [1], it seems to work fine.

Files are here:
* SRPM: http://vedranmileti.ch/fedora/gromacs-5.0.4-1.fc22.src.rpm
* spec: http://vedranmileti.ch/fedora/gromacs.spec

It would be great if this could get included in F22, perhaps even F21. I would love to help maintaining gromacs package if the maintainer and Fedora Project are willing to accept my help.

Comment 10 Dominik 'Rathann' Mierzejewski 2015-04-13 13:04:46 UTC
I'm working on this, thanks for your interest. A co-maintainer would definitely be welcome. Do I understand correctly that you're not a Fedora packager yet?

Comment 11 Dominik 'Rathann' Mierzejewski 2015-04-18 15:26:59 UTC
5.0.4 build committed to rawhide branch, but the built-in testsuite is failing on i686.
