Description of problem:

up2date could not resume download if the download is interrupted or
stopped. This is quite annonying especially on large package and slow
connection.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
up2date-4.1.16-1

How reproducible:
Try to disrupt your network while downloading large packages.
  
Actual results:
up2date just complained about package not matching GPG

Expected results:
Offered a choice of resuming download or try again for n time before
error.
