Customer Portal update means that documentation links to: 
access.redhat.com/site/documentation
will need to be updated to:
access.redhat.com/documentation

I performed a search in each of the guides for '/site', since that is the part of the link that required removal. Links have been updated in 8914, 22421, and 8906, all of which are found in the Installation Guide.
