Can you still reproduce this? Can you give explicit steps? What project are you building?
Yes, it is still reproducable. The problem was that I accidently created 2 overrides for add_executable. I would expect that the second override just hides the first one. But it seems, that it crashes CMake somehow.
Can you attach a small reproducer CMakeLists.txt?
