Description of problem:
 (ttyUSB0): port attributes not fully set

How reproducible:
Everytime

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Connect device
2. stat nm-connection-editor 
3. Does not detected, when we select Mobile Broadband

I am not understanding why it works with earlier releases of Fedora and not in F20.

Hi,

  This one is resolved now. 

  Thanks to Huawei, they have provided required driver in modem itself. so step to use IDEA 3G netsetter is.

  1. Connect modem
  2. It gets detected as a USB. Install software for linux manually. Please note, software they have provided is for 32 bit, so you need to install required packages for 32 bit.

  3. Once this is done. If you connect modem, it open IDEA 3G application and you done.

  4. If one has any issue may be can ping me @prravins
