Description of problem:
"Delete group"  button should not be displayed  on the Delete Group confirmation page.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
spacewalk-java-2.2.115-1

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create System Group
   Systems -> System Group -> Create new group
2.Try to delete the group
    Systems -> System Group -> Group Name -> delete group 

Actual results:
On the confirmation page links "work with group" and "delete group" are displayed.

Expected results:
On the confirmation page links "work with group" and "delete group" are not displayed.
