Description of problem:
1.in the versions part,the Runs of finished/total need to be refreshed by manual several times with too long time.
2.in the builds part,the Runs don't refresh to the newest status after i set one test run to be finished.

3.8.9 on test server

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open the test runs in the https://tcms-test.app.eng.nay.redhat.com/runs/?action=search&summary=&product=355&env_group=&people_type=people&people=tzhao&case_run__assignee=&plan=&product_version=&build=&status=&tag__name__in=
2.go to the reporting page and find this new product "tzhao test tcms".And change one run to be finished ,check the versions and builds.

Actual results:
in the versions part:
(1)the runs won't be right and need to be refreshed by manual for several times.Even though,the number is still wrong sometimes.
in the builds part:
(1)the same data delay problem too.

Expected results:
if the runs' version or build or case runs change,the reporting should auto-refresh.
