Rubygem-Staypuft: "error rendering the Kickstart RHEL default template" after starting deployment.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install rhel-osp-installer
2. Configure a basic deployment: 2 hosts (controller + compute) with rabbitmq.
3. Start the deployment
4. Go to the 'Templates' tab of the host being deployed and try to review its provision Template.

Result:
Get the following message: "There was an error rendering the Kickstart RHEL default template: undefined method 'deployment' for Host::Managed::Jail (Host::Managed)"

Expected:
Valid kickstart should be displayed.



Note: After applying the following workaroud suggested by Dominic Cleal - we managed to get around this problem. The workaround is:
 Go to: Adminster>Settings and set the safemode_render to false.

Verified: rhel-osp-installer-0.1.1-1.el6ost.noarch

The kickstart is being rendered correctly after starting a deployment.
