Description of problem:
as summary.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
v3.8.9-1 on test server.

How reproducible:
for some test runs.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Enter the run detail page.
https://tcms-test.app.eng.nay.redhat.com/run/441/
2.update the caserun's status.

Actual results:
system occurred 500 error.

Expected results:
system can save the status changes for caseruns.

verify this bug on prod on v3.8.10-2--->pass
verify steps are same as description.
