*Description of problem:

patch --rollback-to currently works only with one-off patches, it would be beneficial if this would work with cumulative patches too.

Please be aware of WFLY-3597 (BZ1117308), it is for highlighting information that --rollback-to is specific to one-off patches. At least one of these two jiras/BZs should be implemented.
