Red Hat Satellite engineering is moving the tracking of its product development work on Satellite to Red Hat Jira (issues.redhat.com). 1) install katello
2) rename the default org
3) run foreman-rake db:seed

you'll get an error:

Unable to create first org: Label already exists (including organizations being deleted);Organization Names and labels must be unique across all organizations

The bug that this one depends on (bug 1126145) has moved to sat-6.0.1; therefore, this one will need to move along with it; otherwise, the downstream-only changes will be required to the seeds.rb.  Those seeds currently attempt to assign a label to the organization, which will result in an error on a re-seed after default org name change.
