Description of problem:
Anyone upgrading from 4.9, 4.10, or 4.11 has a table named metrics_index in the Cassandra schema that gets dropped as part of the 4.12 upgrade. There is a corresponding resource in inventory that is left over. The rhq-storage agent plugin needs to be updated so that it removes this resource.
