Description of problem:
Login and upgrade to silver/bronze account, then check the my account page, there are duplicate links about changing billing address and changing card.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Login to console
2.Upgrade to silver/bronze account
3.Check the links of changing billing address and changing card.
Duplicate links about changing billing address and changing card displayed on my account page.details see in attachment please.
There should not be duplicate links on my account page.
Actually, I think the links are ok as-is. We want to show them the card that will be used to pay their next bill, and give them quick links to edit the card from there.
