fhbz: Rawhide can updated to hjsmin-0.1.4.7 according to the current cblrepo data in haskell-sig.git
without any other pkg rebuilds.

If you want to bump this before we move to ghc-7.8
then now is a good time.

This was already in master but not built. Bumped optparse-applicative and currently rebuilding this.
