Description of problem: package tcptraceroute is not available on epel7, is available on epel6


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible: try to yum install tcptraceroute, fails always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. install OS
2. install EPEL7
3. yum install tcptraceroute # fails

Actual results: fails to install, no such package


Expected results: should install as in epel6

tcptraceroute has been abandoned upstream and orphaned/retired/removed from all Fedora branches other than EPEL5 and EPEL6. I will continue to maintain them there to the best of my ability but I have no plans to bring tcptraceroute into EPEL7.
