Description of problem:
Add a OS parameters without passing name. The form was submitted successfully and UI doesn't raise any error.

when you navigates to parameters tab, you won't see any parameter there

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
sat6 GA snap0

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create os with parameter name only, don't pass value to parameter
2.
3.

Actual results:
Neither error message raised nor parameter was created

Expected results:
UI should raise error message

this also needs to be fixed for other entities like domain, hostgroups, New host.

According to: http://projects.theforeman.org/issues/215 we should allow empty values for parameters.

Hummn, from the link given in comment5, looks like people wants that parameter should be saved without a value and find it useful for templates. As there are usecases for saving a parameter without value then I think I'm fine with closing this bz.

This was delivered with Satellite 6.0 which was released on 10 September 2014.
