Description of problem:
Unable to connect to ICQ. This problem started appear several days ago and still persists. Provider probably changed something on their servers but my other third party clients still work OK.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try connecting to ICQ server

Actual results:
No connection, no error message.

Connection

It seems to work now again (after several days), thus closing.
