Update to 1.2.0

Description of problem:
Freedreno was updated to 1.2.0

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
1.1.0

How reproducible:
always

Update includes:
- OutputClass support for xorg-server 1.16
- server managed fd's for rootless Fedora 21 feature:

I also request ACL on xorg-drv-x11-freedreno as I was allowed by Rob Clark but the ACL was removed without any reason.

1.2 is built and the sysconfigdir option added. RHBZ isn't the process to request ACL access
