Description of problem:
tip icon overlaps text when select registration server in firstboot

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Change the firstboot option to yes:
[root@dhcp-14-147 ~]# cat /etc/sysconfig/firstboot
RUN_FIRSTBOOT=yes

2. Start firstboot
[root@dhcp-14-147 ~]# firstboot

3. Click forward to registration page to select registration server, and check the tip icon next to text:
"The subscription management service you register with will provide your system with updates and allow additional management".

Actual results:
The tip icon overlaps the text (see attachment "tip icon overlaps the text.png")

Expected results:
The tip icon should locates properly.

This type of bug will not be addressed in the RHEL 5.X stream.
