Description of problem:
tip icon next to 'I will use an Activation Key' does not have explanation in 'I will register with' page of firstboot.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Change the firstboot option to yes:
[root@dhcp-14-147 ~]# cat /etc/sysconfig/firstboot
RUN_FIRSTBOOT=yes

2. Start firstboot
[root@dhcp-14-147 ~]# firstboot

3. Click forward to registration page to select registration server.

4. Hover on the tip icon next to 'I will use an Activation Key' to see the explanation of this icon.

Actual results:
No explanation.

Expected results:
There should be an explanation why use activation key
